Make a Payment

How to select a policy to pay

To make a payment:
• Select the 'Bill & Pay' icon on the bottom toolbar
• Select the account number to pay from the list of registered policies
• Review the Account Info and Last Payment information presented
• Select 'Make Payment' button at the bottom of the page
• Your account must be registered to pay online. If you have not registered your account, refer to the help section under 'Register My Online Billing Account' for additional assistance.
• Review Bill & Pay entries
• Enter 'Payment Amount' if you chose to change the amount from the prefilled minimum amount due
• Enter 'Payment Method' if you chose to change the method from the previous method used and select 'Done'
• If the payment method desired is not listed, select 'Add New Payment Method' and select 'Done'.
• Adding a New Payment method will direct the device to the Great American Bill Payment website to set up a new payment type. Refer to the help section 'Add New Payment Type' for additional assistance.
• Confirm your selections and select 'Make Payment' to pay your bill

Payment confirmation will be sent to the email address registered for on the mobile application account.
