Register an Account

How to create a mobile account

To create a mobile account, select the Register button in the upper right hand corner of the application.

Account Information section
Account holder's email address
Password of a minimum of 8 characters, with at least 1 alphanumeric character and 1 numeric character
The user will be required to confirm the entered password for authenticity
Contact Information section
First Name
Last Name
Phone Number (format: xxx-xxx-xxxx)
Policy Information section
Policy Number (format: 7 digits OR 1 alpha and 6 digits)
Policy Zip Code (Zip Code entered must be associated to the Policy Number entered above)
Registration (2 of 2) - Answer 4 security questions
Once the four questions have been answered the user will click the Finish button
Registration should be completed and a message stating the user is now registered should be displayed

All information is required. After the information is entered, and the policy number and zip code is verified as an existing policy, the security questions will be requested. These will be used to verify identity if the password is forgotten.
