Register My Online Billing Account
How to register a billing account for online payment
To register an Account to allow for payments to be accepted online:
- Access The Great American bill payment website OR select 'Yes' when directed to the site from 'Make Payment'
- Select 'Create My Online Account'
- The registration process will require:
- Username
- Email Address - prefilled from the email address used for the mobile application registration
- Password
- Billing Account
- Policy Number - prefilled with the number used for the mobile application registration
- Billing Zip Code - prefilled with the number used for the mobile application registration
- Enter the information as requested.
- Select 'Create My Online Account'
- Select 'Store Payment Information' after account is created
- Enter Payment Type (Bank account or Credit Card)
- Enter Payment Details
- Select 'Store Payment Information' to save the information
- After the registration of your account / policy for online payment, you will be able to make a payment via this site, or you can return to the mobile application and make a payment.
