How to reset your password should you forget it

To reset a forgotten password:
• Select the 'Forgot Password?' link on the login screen or below
• Enter in the email address associated with the account
• Respond to the two security questions with the answers provided when the account was registered
• Once the answers are validated, a new password can be entered and confirmed
• A 'Success' comfirmation message will display when the account has been updated
• Login using the new password

If the answers are not responded to correctly or are unknown, contact Great American Insurance Group's Customer Care Center to reset the password.
