How to create a mobile account

To create a mobile account, select the Register button in the upper right hand corner of the application.

The registration process will require the user to complete the Registration process:
• Enter a valid email address
• Enter a password - Password of a minimum of 8 characters, with at least 1 alphanumeric character and 1 numeric character
Contact Information
• Enter First Name
• Enter Last Name
• Enter valid 10 digit Phone Number
Policy Information
• Enter a Policy Number
• Enter Zip Code - the zip must be associated to the Policy Number
Next
• Complete answers to four security questions
Finish

All information is required. After the information is entered, and the policy number and zip code is verified as an existing policy, the security questions will be requested. These will be used to verify identity if the password is forgotten.
