Make a Payment

How to select a policy to pay

To make a payment:

Select the 'Pay Bill' icon on the toolbar
This will route the user to the Payment Center - supported by a new vendor - 'One Inc'
If you have not registered in this system before you will need to click 'Create my Online Account'

Create Your Account

Enter First Name
Enter Last Name
Enter Policy Number
Enter Billing Zip Code
Enter Email Address
Enter Password
Re-enter Password for confirmation
Click Create my Online Account

If you have an account already create, then you can click 'Login'

Enter Email Address
Enter Password
Click Login
You will be taken to the Policy Center inside 'One Inc'
Your policy information will display showing: Payment Due Date and Current Amount Due
If you are ready to make a payment Click 'Make payment'
If you are not ready to make a payment you can scroll down to add new payment detail, review Payment History and review any Policy Balance
When you click 'Make payment' you will see the amount due, but have the ability to modify that amount by clicking 'Other' and entering a different amount you want to pay
Scrolling down will allow you to select a payment method
Once you decide the amount you are going to pay and select your payment method you will be taken to an 'Authorization Payment' screen that will show you the activity you are about to make
When ready, click 'Make Payment'
a 'Payment Successful' screen will display providing a confirmation number and allow you to print or email the receipt

Payment confirmation will be sent to the email address registered with GAIG Trucking App.
