How to submit a claim to a policy
How to submit a claim to a registered policy:
- Select policy from 'My Policies' or click on 'My Claims'
- Select 'Submit a Claim'
- Determine whether you vehicle is disabled or if there are injuries
- If the answer is 'Yes', please contact Great American by phone
- If the answer is 'No', complete the Submit a Claim form
Policy Information
- Policy Information section should default to the logged in user information
Insured Vehicle Information
- Enter Vehicle VIN - this detail will be verified
- Policy Number will default to the policy selected
- Enter the CDL Number
- Enter the M/C Phone - 10 digits
Incident Information
- Select what happened from the dropdown menu list
- Enter where the incident occurred
- Select the date the incident happend on
- Select the time the incident occurred at
- Select to select any pictures from the users phone gallery to be send with the claim
- Select 'Submit Claim'
An email will be sent confirming the receipt of the claim.
